• Not covered: damage caused by misuse, placing the mattress on an uneven base or unsuitable slats, folding it, or exposing it to moisture and stains.

Can I try the mattress before buying?

Yes. We provide a dedicated space in our showroom where you can try the mattress in quiet and complete privacy.

Can the mattress be flipped?

Yes, it is double-sided. We recommend flipping it every 3 months to spread the load evenly and extend its service life.

What is the returns and exchange policy?

You may return within 3 days of receipt provided the original packaging has not been opened, and we offer immediate direct replacement should any manufacturing defect appear.
