Mattress Layers

Layer 1: Knitted Cover Fabric

A knitted blended-fibre fabric with quilted padding, giving a soft yet firm surface.

Layer 2: K3Gel Air Cool Surface

The layer that sets this mattress apart: a gel surface whose structure continuously recirculates air inside the mattress, holding a steady temperature at the sleeping surface and releasing moisture instead of trapping it.

Layer 3: Nova Latex

A highly elastic latex layer that adapts to the contours of the body then returns to shape immediately after every movement, relieving pressure on the shoulders and hips.

Layer 4: Foam

A separating layer that carries the support from the springs up to the top layers gradually, and gives the mattress its cohesion.

Layer 5: Section 5 Pocket Spring Core

Independent pocket springs arranged across five support zones. Each spring moves on its own, so every zone is supported with the force it needs and partner movement is far less noticeable. The spring count rises with larger sizes.

Layer 6: Edges and Base

Perimeter foam supports the sides of the mattress and prevents edge collapse, with a stabilising film that keeps the frame firmly in shape.

Warranty and Returns

• Warranty: up to 10 years, covering the springs, the metal frame, the filling materials and the upholstery. Contact us for full coverage details.
• Returns and exchange: return within 3 days of delivery in original condition (packaging unopened), and immediate direct replacement should any manufacturing defect appear.
• Not covered: damage caused by misuse, placing the mattress on an uneven base or unsuitable slats, folding it, or exposing it to moisture and stains.

What is the K3Gel surface and how does it work?

It is a gel surface with a structure designed to recirculate air continuously inside the mattress rather than trapping it between the layers. The result is a more even temperature at the sleeping surface and faster moisture release, which reduces the feeling of sweating through the night.

Can the mattress be flipped?

No. This mattress is single-sided, because the K3Gel layer sits on the top face only. We recommend reversing its head-to-foot orientation every 3 months to spread the load, without flipping it.

Does the mattress reduce partner disturbance?

Yes. Every pocket spring is isolated in its own fabric pocket and moves on its own, so very little vibration travels across to the other side.

Can I try the mattress before buying?

Yes. We provide a dedicated space in our showroom where you can try the mattress in quiet and complete privacy.

What size suits a master bedroom?
